1. About VenueBee
VenueBee is an online platform that enables:
- Venue owners to list and promote their venues.
- Customers to search, compare, and submit inquiries regarding venues.
- Businesses and event organizers to discover venue options.
VenueBee does not own, operate, manage, or control any venue listed on the platform. VenueBee is a venue discovery platform and does not facilitate or process venue reservations, contracts, or payments between customers and venue owners.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use VenueBee.
By using the platform, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You have authority to act on behalf of any organization or venue you represent.
3. Customer Use
Customers may search venues, compare venues, submit inquiries, and contact venue owners.
Customers agree not to:
- Provide false information.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system.
4. Venue Owner Accounts
Venue owners may create accounts and list venues. Venue owners are responsible for maintaining accurate venue information, updating pricing, capacity, amenities, and availability, ensuring all content is lawful and accurate, and obtaining necessary licenses and permissions.
VenueBee reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that contain misleading, inaccurate, or prohibited content.
5. Subscription Fees
Venue owners may be charged subscription or listing fees based on venue capacity and selected plans.
Subscription fees:
- Are payable in advance.
- Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- May be revised by VenueBee with prior notice.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or removal of listings.
6. No Reservation or Payment Responsibility
VenueBee does not accept reservation payments, enter into contracts between customers and venue owners, guarantee venue availability, or guarantee venue quality or suitability.
Any agreement, payment, negotiation, or transaction occurs directly between the customer and the venue owner.
VenueBee is not liable for reservation disputes, service failures, venue cancellations, refund disputes, property damage, or personal injury.
7. Lead Sharing
When customers submit inquiries, VenueBee may share relevant information with venue owners for communication purposes.
Venue owners agree to use customer information solely for responding to inquiries and not for unauthorized marketing activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content including logos, trademarks, software, design, databases, text and graphics remain the property of VenueBee or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.
9. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By submitting content, users grant VenueBee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, reproduce, and promote such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not submit fraudulent listings, upload malicious code, scrape platform data, violate intellectual property rights, or use automated systems without permission.
11. Disclaimer
VenueBee provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of listings, venue availability, venue quality, business outcomes, or platform uptime.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueBee shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or disputes between users.
VenueBee's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to VenueBee during the preceding twelve months.
13. Account Suspension
VenueBee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful activities.
14. Modifications
VenueBee may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.
